Welcome back, MUSD Families! To help ensure a smooth start, we’re asking all families to complete a few important steps before school begins. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! This page has all the information you need to be sure you're on track with Back to School!

1. Review and update your student’s information in Parent Connection
This includes emergency contacts, medical details, and any changes to your contact information.

How to update your student information:

Go to https://mrpk.vcoe.org/ Please note, we highly recommend doing this process on a desktop computer for ease of use. 

Sign in to Parent Connection. 

Log in using your email address and your password. Forgot your PIN? The district emailed it July 20 to everyone with an email address on file. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Your Password” on the login page.
 
Once logged in, click Annual Update/Form Completion AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. **(This is the step many parents miss.)**


Carefully review your emergency contacts, authorized pickups, parent and caregiver contact information, allergies, medications and other health information.

Be sure to click “Submit” after reviewing each category.

Complete the CYBHI consent during the process. This is how we fund counselors, so please take a minute to fill it out.
 
Please complete your update by September 28. Schools will be following up with phone call reminders for those families that have not yet updated their child's student information.

2. Complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meals Application
This form supports funding for our schools and may unlock extra benefits for your family (like after-school care), even if you don’t think you qualify.

If your child will be riding the bus, please also complete the transportation form: English | Spanish
