The California State Migrant Education Program is part of a federally funded national program that provides supplemental educational and support services to migrant children.  The state provides Migrant Education funding to educational agencies, such as Moorpark Unified School District, that are responsible for identifying and recruiting migrant familes and providing program services.  Some of the services provided by Moorpark Unified School District are: 

  • Parent Meetings
  • Family Regional Conference
  • Summer School
  • PASS Program grades 9-12
  • Saturday Schools
  • Home Tutoring

El Programa de Educación Migrante Estatal de California es la parte de un programa nacional federalmente financiado que provee suplemental educativo y servicios de apoyo a niños migratorios. El estado proporciona la financiación de Educación Migrante a agencias educativas, como el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Moorpark, que son responsables de identificar y reclutar familias migratorias y proporcionar servicios de programa.
