Special Notes About the 2011-12 School Calendar

Ongoing budget cuts continue to influence our school calendar. As last year, school will end one week earlier than usual (right after Memorial Day) and the Thanksgiving holiday will again be one full week. Spring Break has been un-linked from the Easter Holiday this year to provide a more consistent calendar from year to year but students will have a ~~4-day~~ 3-DAY weekend for Easter to accommodate those families who celebrate the holiday.

October 25, 2011: The District is pleased to announce that it has reinstated an additional instructional day to the 2011-2012 school calendar: APRIL 9, 2012. School will be session on this day.

Historical Figure Day Moved

Historical Figure Day has been moved from Friday, May 4, to Wednesday, May 9. Please correct your copy of the May calendar included in the April Newsletter.

April PTSA Mtg. Rescheduled

The April PTSA meeting has been rescheduled from April 17 to Tuesday, April 24. All PTSA meetings are held in the school library at 6:30 p.m.
