REGISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR THE 2010/2011

SCHOOL YEAR-$75 non refundable registration
fee will be required for the following programs.

February 24-Completed Emergency forms due from returning students or siblings of current students will be accepted for the Fee based programs at Walnut Canyon and Campus Canyon. Also for the Parent Participation Program at Mountain Meadows.

March 1-Registration begins for new families for the Fee based programs at Walnut Canyon and Campus Canyon. Also for the Parent Participation Program located at Mountain Meadows.

THE STATE INCOME ELIGIBLE PROGRAM IS FREE TO FAMILIES THAT QUALIFY

May 10-Registration begins for our State Income Eligible Program-MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF APRIL.

June 18-Registration ends for all programs
August 5-Registration resumes

Our school sites are located at: Flory, Campus Canyon,

Walnut Canyon and Mountain Meadows School Campuses.

 

Applications may only be picked up at the Preschool Office located on 3^rd St. behind Flory Academy.

 

ALL 3 AND 4 YEAR OLDS MUST BE POTTY TRAINED

BEFORE BEGINNING OF THE PROGRAM.

3 hour sessions-Walnut Canyon School Site-

REGISTRATIONS WILL BEGIN MARCH 1, 2010

 

8:00 am to 11:00 am or 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

 

                   2 days per week = $361.00 (month) +$75.00 1 x non    refundable registration fee +$50.00 lab fee

                   3 days per week = $438.00 (month) +$75.00 1 x non refundable registration fee +$60.00 lab fee

                   5 days per week = $530.00 (month) +$75.00 1 x non refundable registration fee +$70.00 lab fee

 

These fees are based on 175 days of school instruction. Tuition will be the same every month beginning in August. You will also be asked to include ½ of the last month’s tuition payment. (Based on the days of attendance)

REGISTRATIONS WILL BEGIN MARCH 1, 2010

2. SIBLINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM DURING CLASS INSTRUCTION.
3. PARENTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN THE CLASSROOM 2 TIMES PER MONTH.
4. PARENTS MUST ALSO ATTEND 8 PARENTING CLASSES WHICH ARE ARRANGED BY THE  ADULT EDUCATION PARENT ADVISORY BOARD.

 

FEES

1. 1 X NON REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE OF $75.00 MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION PACKET
2. 1 X LAB FEE WILL BE REQUIRED WITH THE 1^st SESSION’S TUITION PAYMENT (This fee will be determined by the days of attendance).
3. FEES ARE CHARGED EVERY 9 WEEKS.

 

TODDLER PROGRAM-Must be 2 before beginning the program

CHILD MUST BE 2 YEARS OLD TO BEGIN THE CLASS.
