A Middle College Experience for High School Juniors and Seniors

Seeking a more stimulating educational experience?
Want to get a head start on college?
Eager for more freedom and independence?

Accepting admission applications for 2014-2015 beginning February 3 thru April 25.

Late applications will be considered on a space available basis after those submitted by the deadline.


    The High School @ Moorpark College is an academic program for highly capable 11th and 12th graders who want to get ahead and earn tuition-free college credit.  The HS@MC is located on the Moorpark College campus and integrated into the college environment. The HS@MC allows students to receive college credit while earning their high school diploma.
    • Concurrent high school and tuition free college enrollment
    • High school classes currently from 1:00pm to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday, and 9:00am-12:00pm Friday
    • Academically challenging
    • Personal attention and encouragement
    • Artistic and creative opportunities
    • Block and college schedule


    Please attend an INTENT TO RETURN meeting on Thursday, March 27 at 6 p.m. in Trailer #4. This meeting is to give parents an overview of the goals and changes  for the high school and the college for the 2014-2015 school year.

    College Fair and Workshops

    Wednesday, April 30, 2014:  6:30-8:30 p.m. at Moorpark High School

    Come and Meet Over 100 College/University/Military/Technical School Representatives from across the United States!  


    Moorpark College Preview Day

    All HS@MC Seniors who plan to attend Moorpark College this summer or fall can jump start their registration on Friday, April 25.  Please meet Mrs. Delery and the Outreach Counselor from Moorpark College from 8:45 a.m. to 12 noon in room EATM 208.  

    In order to participate in the Preview Day, you MUST complete the requirements listed below.   

    1.     1. Completed Moorpark College application for admission on-line as a first time college student.

    2.     2. Completed the Math and English Self-Placement Assessment by April 11 and printed the summary results page.

    3.     3. Bring a copy of your high school unofficial transcript.   

    4. Check in with Mrs. Delery on the day of the event.

    The Parent, Staff, Student Association invites you to get involved.  All are are welcome! Please come out and support our student activities and school!

    We will meet in Trailer-3 at 6:00 pm
