  OUR SCHOOL MISSION

Chaparral Middle School is committed to equipping ALL students with the academic and social competencies needed for them to be productive members of the world in which they will live. We believe that students must be taught responsibility, how to make decisions,  and the communication skills that will be needed for them to function in a global society. Learning must occur in an environment free from prejudice and harassment, and rich in mutual respect. It is our belief, then, that we must implement programs and create conditions that maximize learning success for ALL students. We are dedicated to helping each student "become his/her best."

Make Good Use of Agenda Book

Every student should have received a Chaparral Agenda Book the first day of school. Not only is this a valuable planner for students to note homework assignments and other events/projects but it can also be used as a communication tool between parents and teachers.

For your convenience, important school information and policies are included in the front pages. Parents should periodically check their students' agenda book. Messages to teachers can be noted in the agenda book or sent via email.

A copy of this year's agenda book is posted on this website (see Helpful Links above). The school calendar is subject to change. Always refer to the
Calendar page for updates.

Students must replace lost or damaged agenda books. Fee = $10

New Parent to Chaparral? Looking for Ways to Help?

Supporting Chaparral

We are very happy to announce a new partnership opportunity that makes it possible for our parents and other supporters to direct a significant donation to our school when buying or selling real estate.  Chaparral is now partnering with Community Funding Solutions (CFS).  When buying or selling real estate with a CFS-affiliated agent, you can direct the equivalent of 20% of the agent’s commission to Chaparral.  Participation costs you nothing but can add up to a sizeable source of additional funding for our school and allows our local agents a way to support the community they work in.  Get the word out to family and friends who may be considering buying or selling a home in the near future.  Click the logo above for more information and to sign up for the program.
