Welcome to the Moorpark Unified School District Board of Education page. In this location, you will find information regarding upcoming Board of Education Meetings, postings of prior meeting minutes, and access to the District Board Policies. The Board of Education of the Moorpark Unified School District is a group of five individuals elected by the constituents of Moorpark including unincorporated areas. The District is fortunate to have a Board that is dedicated to serving students and promotes partnerships that support and enrich the learning environment. OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

The Moorpark Unified School District Board of Education welcomes participation and volunteer service from the members of the community. Opportunities are currently available in the following areas:
District Strategic Planning Team: Members needed from PH, CC, MM Schools. Please contact: Juanita Suarez for additional information.
Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee: Contact Larry Brown, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services.
Prevention Education: A parent and staff committee will review proposed curriculum materials for educating students in the elementary grades about drug/alcohol and violence prevention. Please contact Juanita Suarez for additional information.
