The Ventura County Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment Induction Consortium (BTSA•IC) is a two-year, developmentally sequenced program of support and assessment for newly credentialed teachers in California. The BTSA•IC Program is administered by the Ventura County Office of Education, Teacher Support Services department in cooperation with a consortium of 21 school districts and 6 university partners.
